Eeqq Terms and Conditions — Applicable to all members

By using the eeqq.ws website and its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. eeqq's terms and conditions constitute a binding legal agreement between you and eeqq.

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the eeqq platform. eeqq reserves the right to update these terms at any time — registered members will be notified via email or SMS when changes are made.

Eeqq's Terms and Conditions govern all matters related to our services — including account creation, deposits and withdrawals, bonus usage, gaming activity, dispute resolution, and account closure. Our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply alongside these terms.

To create an account on eeqq, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years of age
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile number is required
• You must register using accurate and truthful information
• Each person may register a maximum of one account
• Creating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited

If information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading, eeqq reserves the right to close that account at any time. Any funds in the account may be forfeited. Withdrawal access may be restricted until identity verification (KYC) is complete.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. eeqq will never ask for your password by phone or email.

Eeqq supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted servers.

Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request. Requests will not be processed without verification. eeqq does not send payments to third-party accounts — funds are only transferred to the mobile number used during registration.

• Session Limit: Set a limit on how long you play in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account to take a long-term break from gaming.
• Reality Check: You'll receive reminders at set intervals showing how long you've been playing.

However, your information may be shared in the following circumstances:

Eeqq may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following situations:

• If you register using false information
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If found to be involved in fraudulent or illegal activity
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute
• Using an account while being underage

Members may also request to close their account at any time. Any balance remaining in the account (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, subject to mandatory identity verification.

If you have a dispute with eeqq, please contact our support team first. We aim to resolve all complaints within 48 hours.

Dispute Resolution Steps:

1. Submit a complaint to our support team via live chat or email.
2. The support team will provide an initial response within 48 hours.
3. Complex cases may take up to 7 business days.
4. If you're not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate the matter to senior management.

In the event of any dispute regarding eeqq's terms and conditions, eeqq's interpretation shall be considered final. For legal disputes, the laws and courts of Bangladesh shall apply.

Eeqq reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. Registered members will be notified at least 7 days in advance via SMS or email before any changes take effect.

If you continue using the eeqq platform after updated Terms and Conditions take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the new terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account at any time.

If any part of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. eeqq's waiver of any term on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of that term in the future.
